Shipping Policy
Each item is made-to-order, with a production time of 2-7 business days, longer during holiday seasons. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders may take longer, and please note that we’re not responsible for customs fees or delays.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing or marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office. We can’t offer refunds or replacements for lost packages, but feel free to reach out if you need assistance.
To reduce waste, we don’t accept returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, like damage or an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue.
